🥂 Velvet Pour Signature Package
$750 (Includes up to 4 hours of service for up to 75 guests)
Our core package provides a seamless, professional bar experience. As a dry-hire service, we bring the entire setup, the expertise, and the presentation—you simply provide the alcohol.

- 1 Licensed Bartender: Professional, friendly, and certified staff.
- The Essentials: All necessary cups, napkins, and straws.
- Full Ice Service: Plentiful ice and cooling for all client-provided beverages.
- Custom Drink Menu Sign: A beautifully displayed, framed menu showcasing your selections.
- Beer and Wine Pours
- Logistics: Complete setup and breakdown (not counted toward your 4 hours of service time).
⚠️ Please Note: Alcohol is not included. In compliance with local laws, the client must purchase and provide the alcohol.
Guest Count Upgrades
Our base package covers up to 75 guests. For larger celebrations, upgrades ensure proper staffing, licensing, and supply volumes to keep service fast and flawless.
- 76 – 125 Guests: +$250
- 126 – 175 Guests: +$400

- Mocktail Bar Upgrade: $200 • A curated selection of premium, alcohol-free craft beverages.
- Drink Dispenser Station: $100 • Self-serve dispensers featuring refreshing lemonade, iced tea, or fruit-infused water.
- Champagne Toast Service: $150 • Coordinated pouring and distribution for your event’s main toast.
- Garnish Upgrade Bar: $75 • Elevates your drinks with fresh-cut fruits, fresh herbs, and artisanal wheels.
- Premium Disposable Cups: $100 • An upgrade to high-end, heavy-duty cup options.
Time & Travel
- Additional Service Hour: $150 / hour (extends active bar service past the initial 4 hours)
- Travel Fee: First 30 miles are included. A fee of $1.00 per mile applies to every mile thereafter.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- To Secure Your Date: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to lock your date into our calendar. May reschedule within 6 months.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full 14 days before the scheduled event date.
- Short-Notice Bookings: Events booked within 14 days of the event date require full payment at the time of contract signing.
