Do you provide the alcohol?

No. Clients must supply their own alcohol. We provide a customized shopping list based on your chosen drink menu so you purchase exactly what you need.

What services are included in your bar packages?

Our packages include:

• Bar tools & equipment

• Disposable cups, napkins, and straws

• Full setup and breakdown

Do you carry insurance?

Yes. Velvet Pour Mobile Bar is fully insured with general liability and liquor liability coverage. Proof of insurance is available for your venue.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance. Peak seasons fill quickly.

Do you travel outside Shreveport/Bossier?

Yes. We serve Northwest Louisiana and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

Can you create custom cocktails?

Absolutely. We specialize in signature cocktails tailored to your event theme, colors, or personal taste.

How many bartenders will my event need?

• Up to 75 guests: 1 bartender

• 75–150 guests: 2 bartenders

• 150+ guests: 3+ bartenders

We’ll recommend staffing during your consultation.

What does the venue need to provide?

• A designated bar area

• Access to electricity (if needed)

• A clean, safe workspace

• Setup access 1–2 hours before the event

Do you offer non‑alcoholic options?

Yes. We can create mocktails, infused waters, teas, and non‑alcoholic bar setups.

What is your payment policy?

A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 30 days may receive partial refunds (excluding the retainer). Cancellations within 7 days are non‑refundable.

Do you provide the bar setup?

Yes. We provide a stylish mobile bar setup. We can also work with your venue’s existing bar.

Can you accommodate themed events?

Absolutely. We can customize cocktails, décor, and attire to match your theme.

What if my event runs longer than expected?

Overtime service is available at an hourly rate with client approval.

Are tips included?

Gratuity is not included. You may add gratuity to your invoice or allow a tip jar at the event.

How do I book Velvet Pour Mobile Bar?

You can book through our website contact form, phone or email. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send your invoice and service agreement.
